Help with the Parent Portal and Htg Parents app
Contact the school
Email info@here2grow.edu.sa for account access, enrollment, fees, or general questions. You can also use our Contact page for branch-specific inquiries.
Htg Parents mobile app
Sign in with your Parent Portal username and password, or a guardian access key provided by the school. Production builds connect to https://odoo.here2grow.edu.sa. If login fails, confirm your credentials with the school office — accounts are issued by Here2Grow, not created in the App Store.
In-portal help
After signing in to the Parent Portal, open Help for step-by-step guides on pickup, fees, documents, and more.
