This Privacy Policy explains how Here2Grow International School collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, Parent Portal, and the Htg Parents mobile app.

Who we are
Here2Grow International School (“Here2Grow”, “we”, “us”) operates schools and daycare branches in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We provide educational services through our website (including odoo.here2grow.edu.sa), Parent Portal, and the Htg Parents mobile application. Contact: info@here2grow.edu.sa.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may process: parent/guardian account details (name, email, phone, login credentials); student information linked to your family (enrollment, attendance, grades, assignments, fees, transport, canteen, documents); pickup and car-line data (registered vehicles, pickup requests, OTP/gate passes); location data only when you choose to share it during pickup approach; files you upload (identity documents, payment proofs, signatures); device security features used locally for biometric unlock (Face ID / fingerprint — credentials stay on your device); and, if push notifications are enabled, a device push token. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising or cross-app tracking.
How we use information
We use information only to operate school services for families: authenticate parents; show academic, schedule, fee, and registration information; manage pickup and campus safety; process payments and documents; communicate about school matters; and improve reliability and security of our systems. Biometric unlock is optional and processed on-device by the operating system — we do not receive your biometric templates.
Legal basis and sharing
We process data to provide contracted educational services and to meet school operational and safety needs. We may share information with authorized school staff, hosting and IT providers acting on our instructions, and authorities when required by Saudi law. We do not share data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as needed for enrollment, schooling, fee administration, and applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please keep your password confidential.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile details through the Parent Portal or Htg Parents app, disable biometric unlock and location sharing in the app, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable by contacting info@here2grow.edu.sa. Children’s privacy
Htg Parents is intended for parents and legal guardians, not for children under 13 as primary users. Student data is processed only in connection with school enrollment and guardian accounts.
