How to request account deletion

Email info@here2grow.edu.sa with the subject “Account deletion request”. Include your full name, the email or phone registered with the school, and your child name(s) if known. You may also use our Contact page or visit the school office. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

How to request data deletion

Use the same email (info@here2grow.edu.sa) with the subject “Personal data deletion request”. You may ask us to delete app and account data only, or to delete the account plus associated personal data. Uninstalling the Htg Parents app does not delete your account or school records.

Data we delete

When a valid request is confirmed, we delete:

• Parent Portal login and Htg Parents app access
• Parent profile contact details used only for the app/portal (where not required for school records)
• Device push tokens, app sessions, and on-device credentials the school stores
• Pickup vehicle registrations and car-line/location pings tied to that parent
• Files the parent uploaded solely for the app/portal (for example optional photos), unless a legal or school hold applies

Data we retain

Some records must be kept for school operations and Saudi legal requirements:

• Student enrollment, academic, attendance, and timetable records
• Fee, invoice, and payment records
• Identity and registration documents required for admission or Saudi regulatory retention

Timeline

After we verify your identity, we complete the request within 30 days and confirm in writing when it is done.
